Casi Gilliam is an exceptional photographer and skilled photojournalist who will capture the story of your wedding day as it unfolds naturally. She will capture every moment you expect, and even some you don't. Casi will personally take the time to understand your vision for your day and your unique style.
After the wedding, Casi will work with you to create a wedding album that truly is a one-of-a-kind piece of art.
Our Process
Our process is designed to take the guess work out of choosing a wedding photographer and to make the wedding photography experience stress-free. To begin, you'll meet with Casi Gilliam and she will work with you to understand your vision of your day and your style. She will also design a photography and album package that best suits your needs.
Once you determine that Acclaimed Photography is the fit for your wedding, Casi will work with you to help plan all of the details of your photography coverage. She will work with you all the way through to the completion of your wedding album.
The following timeline will help you to better understand the process of working with Acclaimed:
Meet With Acclaimed
Reserve Your Date
A $50.00 refundable reservation deposit secures your date for 30 days. Your reservation deposit will be applied to the total cost of your package. Compare this policy to most other photographers who require a 50% non-refundable retainer at the time of reservation!
Share Your Vision With Your Photographer
Casi will learn about your wedding day and your style so that she can help you to customize your photography package. She'll help you to decide the length of time she will work with you, the type of album you will want and the style of photography that will best suit you.
Agreement & First Deposit
We'll send out your agreement within days of the consultation and won't ask for your first deposit until 30 days after reserving with us. We ask for 50% of the total package cost for your first deposit.
Check In / Introduction Call
Prior to your wedding, you'll speak with your photographer to review the important details of your day. You will discuss your vision for the photos, the schedule for your wedding day, and any must-have portraits. You will also review the location. It's very likely that we've shot at your venue before, so we can be a great help in brainstorming settings for the perfect picture.
Final Payment
The remaining balance of your payment is due 30 days prior to wedding.

View Images Online and Design Your Album
Approximately four weeks after your wedding, your images will be posted on a secure site where you can review and choose your favorite photos. Once you've decided on your final photos, you can begin working with Casi to create a customized album that tells your story just the way you want it to.
Ongoing
You will have amazing support with Acclaimed. Your Photographer will always be on hand to answer any questions and to support you in any way that is within our means. We will respond to you within 24 hours. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service.

Acclaimed Photography’s exceptional shooting begins with an exceptionally talented photographer. Casi Gilliam is accomplished in photojournalism which means that she is skilled at capturing the story of your wedding day as it unfolds. We believe that our approach enables us to catch those special, fleeting moments that make your wedding day unique. Our spectrum of photography ranges from creatively classic to artistically contemporary.
We shoot entirely in digital and use top-of-the-line equipment. Digital offers several benefits:

All of our packages include digital negatives that give you control of your images. We never limit the number of photos that are taken - your photographer will shoot as many pictures as it takes to tell your story.
