Casi Gilliam was a featured clinician at the 2017 Equine Affaire in Columbus, Ohio on Saturday, April 8th.  Thank you to all of those who joined us for this informative session.  It was an honor to meet all of you and answer your equine photography questions! (Casi was also a featured clinician for the Hunter Under Saddle riding sessions on Sunday, April 9th.)

Capturing just the right photo of the horse being offered demands patience and skill. Selling horses requires an honest and superior representation of your horse offered for sale. We have spent years mastering the technique of photographing horses to represent them in the most positive aspect possible, allowing perspective buyers an opportunity to view the horse from all angles. 

In addition, Acclaimed Photography will design layouts for camera-ready ads in popular industry publications. See our ads in the AQHA Journal and others.

We will travel to your farm to photograph your horse(s) for sale, or just to frame and display on your mantle at home. Please contact us to set up an appointment for your on-site photography. 

Basic Photo Shoot Options:
$50/Hour for on-site photography

$45/Hour Post-Shoot Editing for Print, Email or Marketing

​Emailed Low Resolution Digital Image for Web Use Only (No Print): 30.00 each

Sale Horses/Farm Marketing:
One of our long-time specialties is our on-site Farm Marketing program. Call (440)343-0399 to arrange a day for us to visit your farm and photograph all the horses you have for sale. We will also video the sale horses of your choice for advertising purposes.  

Included in the Farm Marketing Fee: 

• Editing, uploading and maintaining all ads, photos and videos
  
• List each horse on three equine sales web sites, in addition to GilliamQuarterHorses.com
  
• We do all the work of fielding phone calls and emails on ads; all you do is cash the check when your horse sells!

Individual Horse Photos and Videos:
$35/Horse for photos
$45/Horse for videos

Expenses not included in any prices above if location is outside driving range (150 mile radius from Roaming Shores, Ohio 44085). Airfare, car rental, lodging, gas and food are additional. Mileage will be charged at $0.75/mile within 150 mile radius of Roaming Shores, Ohio.

Wedding Packages:
Silver ~ $400
Our basic package that includes:

• Eight hours of coverage
  
• Photography taken at up to three locations
  
• One week after your event your online Proof Album
  ​containing the best photos we took will be available for your review.

Prints Included:

• 10 Images of your choice in 5 x 7 enlargements
  
• 2 Images of your choice in 8 x 10 enlargements
  
• One large 11 x 14 poster size image

Gold ~ $700
Mid-range package that includes: 

• Eight hours of coverage
  
• Photography taken at up to four locations
  
• One week after your event your online Proof Album containing the best photos we took will be available for your review
  
  

Prints Included:

• 20 Images of your choice in 5 x 7 enlargements
  
• 4 Images of your choice in 8 x 10 enlargements
  
• One large 11 x 14 poster size image
  
• CD containing all the digital negatives taken during your event from start to finish

Platinum ~ $1000
Premier package that includes:

• Unlimited wedding and reception coverage
  
• Unlimited number of locations
  
• An engagement shoot that will be conducted well in advance of your wedding date
  
• A private bride photo shoot in her wedding gown conducted in advance of your wedding date
  
• Two weeks after your event your online Proof Album containing the best photos we took will be available for your review.

Prints Included:

• 40 Images of your choice in 5 x 7 enlargements
  
• 8 Images of your choice in 8 x 10 enlargements
  
• One large 11 x 14 poster size image
  
• One 11 x 14 bride portrait in a lovely frame (may elect to display at reception)
  
• One CD containing all the digital negatives taken during your event from start to finish

Photo story albums with printed leather covers are our unique choice to help keep your photo memories alive and share your story. The image of your choice is actually custom printed on luxury full-grain leather and accented in your choice of embossed croc or smooth leather. The beautiful grain and luster of the leather is exquisitely maintained in the printing process, making this album cover a chic and classic presentation of your special day.
